Processing
Each piece is made in the USA and prepared in small batches, with attention given to form, structure, and finish.
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During periods of higher volume, processing may extend slightly as each piece is completed and inspected.
If timing matters, reach out. We respond promptly and will always do our best to accommodate.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our studio.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via USPS.
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and service level selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to help before an order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to USPS, it is in their care.
If your package is delayed, check the tracking link first. If something seems off, reach out. We will look into it with you and help resolve the issue where possible.
Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.
If it still cannot be located, contact us. We will work with you to determine next steps.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on destination.
Delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
